Daniel,

you had a great idea with a status indicator on http://www.oracle.com/us/support/index.html<http://www.oracle.com/us/support/index.html.> maybe they can create 3d diagram for the most common errors (logon timeout, 96% load, ...java-blah...) over the last 2 days, so trends should be easily visible.
I'm sure Oracle has all the necessary technology. They just need to integrate it ;-)
