How will you know if a block corruption was attributed by a disk subsystem issue?

Well checking the filesystem is easy as
fsck.ext3 -cv /dev/vgsystem/lvu01
even in ASM you can do some consistency checks..

Are there any warnings/errors I have to check on the generated oracle trace file (state dump) to know if it's a disk subsystem issue?
