I had a web conference last week with Richard Miller from Oracle. I beleive he's the one in charge MOS Interface issues.

I had a web conference last week with Richard Miller from Oracle. I beleive he's the one in charge MOS Interface issues.
He stated that development knows of this and he has asked that they merge the query results into one display, but the current design is that technical SR's and non-technical SR's are in different tables (presumably for perfomance issues), hence the current requirement to specify through that funky pencil filter, what kind of SR's you want to view.
In my opinion, the current interface design is not intuitive at all. It shouldn't matter whether they are technical or non-technical, if you want to view your SR's, you should be able to see them all.
