Has anyone managed to download any patch clusters through this wonderful new system? After spending ages filing the patch search criteria, it simply throws up a box with dozens empty lines and the annoying little spinner thing carries on twirling along while I get more frustrated! Ha ha!

I tried the HTML only one, but the Patches link seems to be a dead-end.

- The HTML-only version doesn't have any ability to search the Knowledge Base (at least not that I can find)
- When I do get into the Flash version, it is only showing one of my several CSI (Customer Support Identifiers) with no ability to add the others so I can't access all my SRs
