I'd still go with Transparent Gateway, you can get the software from edelivery. Licensing would require you to contact your Oracle representative and ask about the cost. I have tried using UnixODBC to get to a SQLServer and had no luck. didn't give it much effort, though, it was a personal project and as such was left for more pressing issues... ^_^
