Hi Jared,
You should be wary (if that's the right spelling) of using sqlnet trace at SUPPORT or level 16 as it can include data that can be used to connect to the database without a password.
Ensure that you collect the SUPPORT level trace on a client and not the server if possible and ideally delete the trace afterwards.
