Working example of TAF for RAC with DATAGUARD

Good morning,
I'm guessing / hoping it's possible to configure tnsnames to connect to the
VIP's on the cluster
with a failover entry for the standby sites. Does anyone have a working
example of how this might be done?
I have failover working on the cluster fine it's just the DG part that is
throwing me for a loop. Ideally
I'd like to switchover to the standby with no changes to the application
server tnsnames files.
