Hi

Our setup is pretty basic. We are using SE 10gR2 and RMAN for our backups. I have configured RMAN to backup to disk then the sys admins backup the directories to tape once a week using Veritas. Oracle has not been configured to work with the tape system. Like I said, basic but it seems to do the job.
