Question, anyone ever see the following behavior form the 10.2 listener on AIX 4.3?

pfbwqas:orabws 1> lsnrctl start

LSNRCTL for IBM/AIX RISC System/6000: Version 10.2.0.2.0 - Production on 11-JUN-2008 10:14:16   Copyright (c) 1991, 2005, Oracle. All rights reserved.

Starting /oracle/BWS/102_64/bin/tnslsnr: please wait...

TNS-12537: TNS:connection closed

 TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error

  TNS-00507: Connection closed

   IBM/AIX RISC System/6000 Error: 29: Illegal seek

It also dumps a core file that isn't very helpful. This is a SAP system so we don't have a CSI, but I can't find anything on Metalink either.
