VM choices for a non-Prod RAC

Hello

I am thinking of building a non-production RAC using a VM solution,

any preferences / experiences on the choices out there?

I am lookng at VMware server, Xen or Oracle VM

I did notice that the Ent Linux distro frmo Oracle comes with Xen running as well, so that may be an option.
