Oracle Un-Installation doesnt Remove all files!!

Dear All,



After removing Oracle 10g R2 from Windows 2000 AS or Windows XP it doesn't
remove many files and directories.



    
  
  1.   Is this is a BUG.
  
  2.   If not, then what is purpose.
  
  3.   If yes, then what would be actions of the DBA.
