This are some really good questions for a site failure which should be answered first:

Will there be anybody still alive and be able to work (DBAs, Sysadmin, Network Admins, Tape operators,...) ? Do I have the necessary skilled people available at the DR site?
Do I have a working environment (building, desks, seats, laptops/PCs, telephone) available for all the needed people at the DR site?
Will my customers still exists and be able to do business with me?
Will my customers know how to access the DR systems or is there a safe way to route my customers to the DR site now?
Are the critical applications prepared as well?
Is the business prepared? Or will we have a fully operational DR site and no one available/left who is able to use it?

DR is not only IT systems but a whole lot other stuffs needs to be organized.

oops they erased the backup as well and the tape drive has always been a bit dodgy - better get last weeks tape back.

Ok so all of my examples are tongue in cheek, but they all *might* be perfectly viable options (especially for a decision support system such as a DW).
