Works on any platform:

# $ORA_CRS_HOME/bin/crsctl query css votedisk

 0.     0    /dev/raw/votelun10
 1.     0    /dev/raw/votelun11
 2.     0    /dev/raw/votelun12

located 3 votedisk(s).

For OCR (just in case):

# cat /var/opt/oracle/ocr.loc
ocrconfig_loc=/dev/raw/ocrlun03
ocrmirrorconfig_loc=/dev/raw/ocrlun09
local_only=FALSE
