Grid Control Job Woes

We have noticed some of our jobs suddenly stop running. I have a TAR open with Oracle, but so far I have gotten little help. I was wondering if anyone else has noticed something similar.

Symptoms
Jobs are created (repeating indefinitely) Job runs for a while
Job is no longer shows up as active
Job history shows that it ran successfully the last time it was run Job still shows up in the sysman.mgmt_job table

Setup
OMS - 10.2.0.3 (rhel 4)
Agent - 10.2.0.3 (Aix 5.3)
Target - (9.2.0.5, 9.2.0.7 and 9.2.0.8)

Any suggestions are welcomed.
