Folks,

I'm trying to work with a developer who is using GCC on an Sun Solaris server creating an Oracle based executable. Well it sorta works, the problem is that gcc leaves the output file with rw-r--r-- permissions every time instead of setting the executable bit. Anyone ever run into this in the past??
