Good morning/afternoon/evening Here a grid controle 10.2 question

As all the dba's around me are doing grid control i thought as a command line dba i need to keep up with the gui clickers ;)

So i installed grid control all good

except that i have a problem with making running mij own reports

All Scheduling goes good, but the run gives me this error
