My recommendation would be: get ceasar's palace. I was at Blackhat USA last year, which was held in caesars' -sadly my travel agent booked the excalibur for me - which is a pure family-style hotel. If you've got kids wiht you - it's a perfect pick. But if you're looking for some fun (read: topless girls at the pool or in the spa to chill with, stylish clubs - be sure to check out PURE club (ask the local cabbies for door passes), real nice bars and so on) - ceasar would be my hotel of choice :-)
