We've seen a sharp rise in off-topic and low-value posts and replies on oracle-l recently. Please ensure that all your posts are on-topic and add value.

This is my second reminder to the list in about 10 days. Any further intentional breaches of this rule will result in a temporary suspension of the offenders' posting privileges.
