I assume you mean archive logs.

No. Your export files are used to basically create a new database. From the Oracle recovery standpoint, that database has no relationship to the original database.

Export is a logical backup. Not the best backup for most circumstances, but is useful in certain situations. If you have just a few developers on a test database, you might just export their data before they start some activities that might hose their data.
