Empty system event group found, no events available

I am getting this on "alter system set events 'immediate trace name library_cache level 8'" in the background alert log:

Empty system event group found, no events available OS Pid: 2200330 executed alter system set events 'immediate trace name library_cache level 8'

The trace file produced contains only a few lines kind of:

• TRACE DUMP CONTINUES IN FILE
  /oracle/app/admin/fgli/udump/fgli_ora_2200330.trc ***
  

The pointed trace file contains nothing except of

• TRACE DUMP CONTINUED FROM FILE
  /oracle/app/admin/fgli/udump/fgli_ora_2200330_TESTING.trc ***
  

Any ideas?
