10g Scheduler

I want to run one Stored procedure every 6 hourly on Week days between 9am EST to 10pm EST. Can somebody give me some idea as how it will work with 10g Sceduler. Here is what is been done

I had created a window for week days from 9 -10pm.
Now I need to know as how can I use this window to run the job on 6 hour
