Hello Deepak, today I was just researching patches that we might need
to apply after we upgrade to the 10.1.0.5 patchset and saw patch
#4592596, which addresses ORA-10140.  Don't know what version you're
on but this might be something to look for.  Perhaps you've already
searched Metalink but since I was just looking at this today, I
thought I might point it out to you.
