WHERE NAME = 'db_block_size') * SUM (a.blocks) / (1024 * 1024) used_mb

is indeed correct. Alternatively, and what I was intending to type :

WHERE NAME = 'db_block_size') * SUM (a.blocks) / 1024 / 1024 as used_mb
