This is quite obvious and I guess you have done it already without me mentioning it.
You need to do rediscovery. For example, from web site you can to add database and I think that trying to discover new databases it should try discover listeners as well.

Alternative, you can add any target from command line using "emctl configure agent addtarget" (need to create xml file). Of from the web interface setting manually all attributes.
