At least it comes with $OH/install/changePerm.sh now. I think that is the first time they gave us a leg up in this department.

I was not able to view that note (hmm... Imagine that, Metalinks is slow). Brought to mind the Mandatory 10.2.0.2 bug fix (note:5117016.8) - that one made me laugh.
