I could not lay hands on Metalink doc due to response. This is due to enhanced security in 10gR2. Three aspects need to considered:

1. This happens with 10gR2Client as well.
2. Script is avbl for client ; Alternatively you can do a chmod o+x from $OH for client.
3. For Server, after you run changePerm.sh take a look at the directories for

   which Permission is not turned on.
