Paul,

I'm running 9.2.0.6 on Windows 2003 32-bit, and have only seen this message a few times. Actually, my log is only 10KB and it's been running for some time. Do you notice if this occurs constantly or only during startup?

If you have already discovered the nodes in OEM, I'm wondering if shutting down the agent on the nodes, then deleting the *.q files in $O_H/network/agent, then restarting the agent would help.

I found that if the nodes get out of sync, all sorts of strange things will happen.
