SGA limit on RHEL 4 for x86_64

Is there any issue or configuration required for defining SGA of around 16G on 32G IBM \ server using Linux RHEL x86_64. I am going to install Oracle 10g Rel 2 64 bit and is 4 \ node RAC cluster
