100501: non-ORACLE exception

Using Forms 9 with a 9.2.0.4 database we are encountering a '100501: 
non-Oracle exception'.  Our DBA found an entry in metalink from 2003 
for Forms 6 that is, well, confusing in what it doesn't say.



Can anyone help with what this error is and why we might be experiencing it?
