OEM Report restriction

Folks,

Does anybody know how to restrict access to Oracle 9i OEM Reports?

Business users want to view the overall database health overview chart. Problem is, they can navigate through anywhere once they have the link. Although it's only reports they will be able to view, still I prefer to restrict access.

I know access can be restricted via apache, but that is for certain directories and not to pages (as far as I know).

Is there anyway in apache or in OEM itself where I can restrict access to all other pages but not for this particular page where it contains the following parameters in it's request or for the following database only:

http://us0970:3339/em/OEMDirectoryServlet?Type=Performance <http://us0970:3339/em/OEMDirectoryServlet?Type=Performance&targetName=ORCL&targetType=oracle_sysman_database&classId=52&chartId=131&rate=30&targetType=oracle_sysman_database&targetName=ORCL> &targetName=ORCL&targetType=oracle_sysman_database&classId=52&chartId=131&rate=30&targetType=oracle_sysman_database&targetName=ORCL
