"Making someone aware of a new feature" and "Forcing someone to base the success of their project on the untested new feature" are very different activities.

A simple (preferably WRITTEN) proviso along the lines of "Remember, these are new features.  You will have to fully explore these new features and test them thoroughly before you use them in critical aspects of your project." should be more than adequate.
