Lex, there is a different reality in a business who can pay 50k to a dba, and a business who don't know if is going to have money to pay salaries the next month.

We live day by day, we had grown, for example we had sold software to panama and ther country, but even then we don't have guaranteed our future.
I can't take a week only dedicated to database.

The option is, you do in this way, or you don't do. You can't get a improvement. And there is a difference between to take a stupid risk and to take a reasonable risk which don't compromise in any way the functioning of your customer.

I don't want you think I'm irresponsible with the database I manage. On the contrary I'm very carefull on that, but is imposible for me to take a full test.
This is another reality this is the reality of small business where any one must do everything. This in negative in some ways and positive in another.

If some change improves something or if it leaves at it was, for me is ok. Maybe in the future if this business grows I'll can to work more time as dba.
