I'd never heard of Agility Programming before so I Googled it:

http://www.agilemodeling.com/essays/agileSoftwareDevelopment.htm
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agile_software_development
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/sim-explorer/explore-items/-/020169969=
9/0/101/1/none/purchase/ref%3Dpd%5Fsxp%5Fr0/102-0201233-3612943 http://agilemanifesto.org/

The key thrust seems to be to break up the project vertically and concentrate on one function/module at a time so rather than having multiple teams/subteams working on different modules in parralell everyone is working on the same module.

Extreme programming is apparently a form of Agility Programming.

It's better to ask a silly question than to make a silly assumption.
