not that I am aware of -- until you reach the maximum size of a SQL statement. sooner or later, you always hit some limitation -- in Oracle, this typically happens
a long time after you should have done something else to improve your SQL :-) kind regards,

Lex.

Subject: UNION operators

Does anybody know if there is a limit to the number of UNION operators allowed in a SELECT?

Could not find any mention of an upper limit in the documentation or issues with queries using a large number of operator in Metalink.

Thanks,

Denys
