Yes you can use it on Windows. You will however need RAW disks
(unformatted volumes) available and be able to tell the ASM instance
where to find them (using the ASM_DISKSTRING parameter). My guess is
you are having issues with one (or both) of the above steps. Am I
right? and if so which is it.
