I come bearing good news on that front. As more and more of the senior folks are taking positions that get them working again, rates are coming back up, but slowly. 6 months ago, that would be a correct assumption... Now, junior rates are for folks with less than 5 years of experience. That's still high, but a lot better than in the bad old days of a year or two ago.

in order for someone to be 'junior' they would have had to be entry level in=20
the last 2-3 years. there have only been a handful of entry level jobs in=20
the developed world during that period.
