RAC on windows 2003 - What oracle version?

We are going to do RAC on windows 2003.


Our current standard is 9.2.0.5, non RAC.
What Oracle version to use?



The options are:


9205


9206


10.1.0.3



10.2 seems too new to go with it into prod in a short time.
