I'd imagine that US banking laws differ from UK,Swiss,Indian,Namibian and Chinese banking laws quite considerably for a start. Getting the correct and legal answer from support to simple How do I do X? type questions will likely be non-trivial.

It took me a while to work out what the appropriate expansion of POS was by the way...
