Well I am working with statements identified from statspack as top sql = and
then trying to determine if enabling system stats is improving those = queries
or not. IT does'nt seem that cut and dry... How do we determine LIO's?
Exec time can change due to caching, cost is not reflective... - david

Though LIO's are important, you need to determine which statements are worthy of your tuning efforts.
