Error 2 is "file or directory doesn't exist". From here it looks like the program that has failed is called "iropt". I don't have that program, so I cannot tell you what is it for. It looks like a part of the compiler, but I'm not really sure what is it supposed to do. You may be needing some packages that you don't have installed or the compiler might be deficient. Try asking the question on http://access1.sun.com/ or try downloading gcc and see whether that helps you.
