My organisation is planning to migrate the current DWH [8i on Solaris] to 9iRAC on Linux. The initial load will be 50GB, growing to 500GB in 6 months.

I am looking for notes / "how-tos" / tips / traps on implementing a DWH on 9iRAC on Linux.
Current extraction from the ODS is by combinations of FTP and PLSQL jobs. We would be looking at products like Ascential DataStage or BusinessObjects DataIntegrator
or the like for ETL and BusinessObjects WebIntelligence for Reporting/Querying.
