You must remember to take this report for a short time, otherwise the statistics are averaged and lose sense. The time should be, the time the problem is present; if it the problem is present all the time, ten minutes, should be enough.

Even more when you want to compare one snapshot with another, you have to compare snapshosts related to the same process being run , or database worload being processed.
