That last one is a delicate question. On one hand we've probably all been the victims of clumsily ambitious people, but on the other hand you might not want a young manager that expects to retire from this position.

People are talking about linux a lot lately. Would it be wise for us to move from Windows to linux?
I don't know how you would phrase this one: Are you a careerist? Someone whose first priority is using the position as a stepping stone to get another position higher up.
