MAX nodes cluster software support RAC on SUN Solaris and Linux?

I am doing study on ORACLE RAC and documnetions mention some info and I like to verify to all of you.

   SUN Cluster 3.0              MAX 4 nodes
   Veritas Cluster for SUN      MAX 4 nodes
   ORACLE CLUSTER for LINUX     MAX 8 ~ 20

Is it true?
