Arcplan Connections

Is anyone using Arcplan's Dynasight for reporting purposes ?

We are having an issue of connections being persistent even after the user has closed the front-end(browser).

SQL> select count(*)from v$process minus select count(*)from v$session;   COUNT(*)

• netstat output shows the connections on "ESTABLISHED" status on both the servers (DB on 9204 64b Solaris/Dynasight on Win2K servers).
• stop/start of the service on Dynasight server releases the connections. (of course, kill -9 of the orphan spid's from v$process clears them too)
• sqlnet.expire_time setting did not help neither did n arcplan's recommendation of a idle time setting on the users' PC registry.

Would appreciate any directions on this.
