Quoting limits

After reviewing the overquoted posts to oracle-l, the quoting limits have been relaxed a bit.
Posts over 25 lines with a quoted content of > 75% will be sent back to the poster. While I can moderate them and tell freelists to go ahead and send them a rejected post, it would be better for you to reduce the quoting a bit.

( because I'm not very good about moderating overquoted posts )

As it is, these limit should only catch the most egregiously overquoted posts.
