Ever since the text-based installation was removed, I've found TightVNC to be the best way to install Oracle. All those font and color issues are pretty much disappear. And as a bonus, you can start an install at work, and then go home and finish it up, network security notwithstanding.

Hi,
I am installing 9iR2 over exceed on windows and the really annoying thing is that the next exit and previous buttons are hidden, I am having a great time trying to tab to the next button but t is proving painful.

Does anyone know a setting so it won't do this?

Cheers

Dave
