Hi Rachel
"herding cats" is not my phrase, and I agree with you, is necesary a good relationship
but a good relationships is not enough , to avoid problems and optimize performance,
in your work.

I think Jared is very important avoiding off topics grow to much, but I think this is not
a off topic, beacuse it's related to dba job. This is a point very important and I will like
