Hi,

I haven't done Gentoo yet, but I installed 10g under Fedora Core 1 with no problems. I know it's a shirt-tail cousin of RedHat, but not on the "supported" list either.

I am going to install Gentoo at some point and go through the same exercise as everybody keeps raving about Gentoo, so I have to give it a whirl. I will post the results if it hasn't been posted by the time I run through it.
