new sql tuning book

Has anyone read the 'SQL Tuning Book' by Dan Tow from oreilly? It looks to be very good and I was thinking of picking it up.  

Any comments on the quality of the book would be much appreciated. ...after this week, there is no doubt in my mind I need to improve my sql tuning skillz!
